Started in China 2,300 years ago, dragon boat is a competitive sport where long, sleek boats holding 20 paddlers, a drummer, and a steerer race down a 500 meter course. The Wellness Warriors is a dragon boat paddling team for cancer survivors and caregivers in the Boston area (we train and race on the Charles River).
